Payment — 50% deposit due at reservation, balance due 60 days before check-in. A refundable 20% security deposit is also due at time of booking. Cancellation — full refund up to 60 days before check-in, $500 fee inside that window. Additional fees — mandatory 10% VAT and 7% service fee. Occupancy — max 4 adults per single cottage, max 8 adults for the full property. Reservations open up to 11 months in advance.
